ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
BY GRANTEE
Grantee. by acceptance and execution of this Deed acknowledges that this rnnveyance is
subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibita attached thereto and the
Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in said Declaration and all amendments thereto;
said Declaration being referred to on the first page of this Deed, and grantee acknowledges read-
ing and examination of said Articles of Inrnrporation and all other instruments incorporated in
said Declaration by reference; and Grantee acknowledges that each and every provision of the
foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management of said condominium property
in the interest and for the benefit of all owners therein. All owners of parcels therein and grantee
covenant and agree to abide by each and zvery provision of said Declaration of Condominium,
exhibits attached thereto, Articles of Incorporation aforementioned and all instruments incor-
porated in said Declaration by refennce.
