advances on account of said original note together with such additional advances in a sum in excess of

said note and supptemental agreemeni for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as it written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book ~ 38 , pages 5-> > 8 of the public records of St . Lue i e Count~~ Florida.
In this instrument ths singu{ar shall include the plura) and the masc~line shall include ihe feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrat~rs, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
