That ROSIE DAVIS and ROSA DAVIS are one and the same '
person; that your affiant is the same person that was the
grantee on that certain Warranty Deed dated and recorded_
November 17, 1947, in Deed Book 139, at page 159 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, conveying the following
property, to-wit: .
Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, of KILLER'S
ADDITION to LINCOLN PARK, as per plat of
record in Plat Book 7, page 32, records
of St. Lucie Countq, Florida,
and at that time she was the wife of JACK DAVIS, and that she ~
remained his wife until his death on June 26, 1949; that said {
Death Certificate is recorded in 0. R. Book 170, page 181,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
That affiant has not remarried to the present time.
