That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and
other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the party of the Second Pan, the
receipt whereof h~reby acknowledged, has granted. bargained and sold to the said Party of the ~

rights and interests as set forth below and in real property located and situate in the County of ~

AT ST. LUCIE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, reoorded in Official Records Boak 168 at page 1348 of
the public re~ords of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the
Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (G6apter 711,
Et Seq. 1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited i
to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including
the lunited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the common elements of said Condominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessmencs for the year 19 68 and subsequent yeara.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of reoord.
S. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporation of the ~lssociation named in said
Declaration of Condominium.
