HomeMy WebLinkAbout2709 ~ I 165i'71 ' PERl9ANENT EASEI~NT WI~ItEAS, St. Lucie County, a political subdivi.sion of the _~ate of Florida, by dedication is the owner of certain road rights of way~ streets, and alleys in Paradise Park Addition, and may have some interest in the existing Taylor Creek Canal right of way, and W~REAS, the Fort Pierce Farm Drainage District under its Amended Plan of Reclamation Flans certain construction to improve its main canal, and WI~REAS, by resolution adopted March 12, 1968 1968, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~has agreed to grant to the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District a permanent easement for or in connection with construction necessary ito improve the Fort Pierce Farnas Drainage District Canal located on or adjacent to the land hereinafter described, such construction to include widening, deepening, realigning, or straiqhtening, soil place- ment and soil disposition, for or in connection with the operation, maintenance and inspection of such canal; and for the flowage of any waters in, over, upon or through such canal; and for the rignt ; of ingress and egress at any time over and upon said land by the l ~ Grantee or its assigns, and ~ Wt~REAS, the Fort Pierce Farms Drainage District has requested St. Lucie County to grant said permanent easement; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration aE the sum of One ($1.00) ~ ~ Dollar and other valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned ~ fraa Fort Pierce~Farms Drainage District, St. Lucie County dces hereby ~ grant, bargain, sell, convey and release unto Fort Pierce Farms ~ i z Drainage District, its successor and assigns, a perpetual easement ~ in, over and upon the following described land situate in the County ~ ~ of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: ~ w ~ All of the existing Taylor Creek Canal r~ ~k~ ~ ao~K11 , U ~A~; 26 ~ 9 ~ ~ ,~°`~~~x> y - - ~ r<; {_,n'~ ~ - ~ _ _ , ~ ~
