Beginning at a point on the North line of
Lot 4, Block 8, Paradise Park Addition, as
per plat filed in Plat Book 8, Page 36,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
at a point 224.37 feet w~est of the Northeast
corner of Lot 1 of the aforesaid Block 8,
thence run Southeasterly the following

E 349.49 feet, S 20°00' E 107.03 feet to
a point on the Township line, said point
being 328.51 feet east of the Southweat
