RSS$RVATION OF DRAINA~G$ $AS$M23NT
Grantors reserve for themselves, their heira or assigns, perpetual
easements in and through the existing canals and ditchea located
on the land deacribed herein, for the drainage of water from Grantors'
~ land lying West of the land hereby conveyed.

In the event that Grantees, their heirs or assigns, should block or
close any of 8aid existing canals pr ditches, Grantees, their heira ;
or assigns, must provide and allow an alternate route acrosa the land ~
hereby conveyed for drainage of the water from Grantors' land, which i
otherwise would have drained through aaid b~~cked or closed canal or s
