RBSBRVATION OF DRAINAGB EASEMSNTS
Grantors reserve fo~ themaelves, their heirs or assigna, perpetual
easements in and through the~existing canals and ditchea located oa ~
i t~?e land deacribed herein,_for the drainage of water from Grantors' +
land lying West of the land hereby conveyed. .
In~the event that Grantees, their heirs or asaigna, should block or
close any of said existing canals or ditches, Granteea, their heirs
or asaigne, must provide and allow an alternate route across the land
hereby conveyed for drainage or the water from Grantors' land, which
otherwise would have drained throuqh said blocked or closed canal or
ditch. _
