hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a political sub-
division of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the "County",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the County is undertaking an erosion control project on '
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW~ TI~REFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing .
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the County, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
