W I T N E S S E T H: That in consideration of the covenants herein contained said LESSOR dces hereby lease to the said LESSEE the following described prop- erty and the building located thereon, the legal description of which is as follows: The North 97 feet of the following described property, to-wit: From the Northeast corner of the NW~ of the SE~ of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, run West 332.5 feet to point of beginning; from point of beginning run South 350 feet; thence West 130 feet; thence North 350 feet; thence East 130 feet to point of beginning. Said land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. Safd tract is 97 feet deep and has 130 foot 'i frontage on the South side of Orange Avenue. i ~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid unto said LESSEE € fram the lst day of April, 1968, for the term of five (Sj years for the j - ~ sum of O~NE HUNDRED ($100.00) DOLLARS per month, payable the first day s _ ! ~ of each month. ~ l.
