THIS INDENTURE, made this 26th day of February , 196 8

between ELI H. HELLER, JANICE R. HELLER, JOSEPH B. SICKLER and
~~1.4RJORIE K. HELLER, being the directors of the Heller ~levelopment
Corporation, Inc., a dissolved Florida Corporation, at the time of
its dissolution and as such as Trustees of the property of such
dissolved corporation for the benefit of stockholders, parties_of the
first part, and CREIGHTON T. STASCHKE , Part~ of
the second part, whose Post Office address is 223 East Main Street

[dITHESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and
in con:~ideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable
consideration, to them in hand paid by the said part Y of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno~vledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said part~ of the second part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and being
in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 9, Block 8, of ST. JA[~S PARK, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 5, Page 58, of the public records of St. Lucie
County~ Florida.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
