QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 26th day of February ,
A. D. 196 8, by ELI H. HELLER and MARJORIE K. HELLER, his wife, and
JOS~PH B. SICKLER and ELSA SICKLER, his wife, and JANICE R. HELLER,
a single adult, f irst party, to CREIGHTON T. STASCHKE

iVITNESSETH: That the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the
r~ceipt cvhereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release
and q uit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has
in and to the followin~ described lot, piece or parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to-wit:

in Plat Book 5, Page 58, of the public records of St. Lucie ~
