M. A. WALLY and ADA WALLY, his wife, as the first parties, and

s HART PARTS AND SERVICE, INC., a Florida corporation, as

- the second party.
WITNESSETH: That the first parties, in consideration of

the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant to the _
second party, their heirs, personal representatives, executors .
and assigns, a non-exclusive sub-surface easement and right of
way for the purpose of installing and maintaining water and
sewer lines in and through the following described land in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
From the Southwest corner of Lot 68, Maravilla Gardens,
accor.ding to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 19,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run East along
the South line of said Lot 68 a distance of 230 feet to a =
concrete monument; thence run North parallel with the West
line of said Lot 68 a distance of 175 feet to point of
beginning; thence East parallel with the South line of ~
said I,ot 68 to the East line of said Lot 68; thence Nor- ~
therly, along the East line of said Lot 68 a distance of ~
6 feet; thence West, parallel with the South line of said r
Lot 68 to a point 6 feet North of point of beginning;
thence South to point of beginning.
This easement is subject to the existing drainage easement
granted by grantors herein to the City of Fort Pierce, Florida
which affects the Easterly portion of the above described prog~
erty.
Second party agrees to install the above mentioned water
~
and sewer lines at least eighteen (18) inches below the final
grade of the surface of the land involved in the said 6 foot
easement, with the exception of that portion of the lines which

will extend over the portion of the easement involving the open
ditch. It being specifically understood and agreed by the parties
hereto that first parties and their heirs, personal representatives,
