COUNTY OF ST: LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
E. 0. Denison, who being first duly sworn did depose and say
that he was attorney of record for the Defendants in Chancery
Case No. 4051-E, in and for St. Lueie County, wherein Jack
David Sapp and Pearl Sapp, his wife, were Complainants and
Ora S. MeCray et al were Defendants. A stipulation filed
therein stated as follows: "The Plaintiffs shall have to
and including September 17th, 1954 in which to file an
amended pleading setting up the death of the Defendant,
Ora S. McCray and rnak3ng the administrator or executor a
party to said action." This statement was an error. In
fact, Ora S. MeCray died September 18th, 1964.
Further affiant sayeth not.
