certain deed dated February l6, 1968, recorded February 21, 1968, in
Official Record Book 170, page 1900, public records, St. Lu~ie County,
Florida, wherein he siqned said deed as WILLIAM H. WEST rather than
WILLIAM HOWARD WEST; that he is the same person described as WILLIAM
HOWARD WEST, one of the Grantees in the first deed above mentioned
as the person who signed the second deed mentioned as WILLIAM H. WEST.
