TIiIS AGREEMENT made this twenty-first day of July, 1967, by
and between ANNIE PHILYAW and H. W. PHILYAW, her husband, parties
of the first part, and SARA~i ELIZABETH LEE and JACK LEE, her husband,

WITNESS: The parties of the first part do hereby sell to the
parties of the seCOnd part the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 11, Block L of Fee and Mays A3dition as per plat
on file in the office of the Clerk of St. Lucie County,
Florida
for th~ sum of $6,000.00 to be paid as follows:
$1.00 this date paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
and the parties of the second part agree to assume and pay to the
First Federal Savings and Loan Association the sum of $1,459.43
which is due the First Federal Sayings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce on mortgages on the said property, and to pay to the
parties of the first part the sum of $4,540.57, the balance due
between $1,459.43 due the First Federal Savings and Loan Association
~ of Fort Pierce and the $6,000.00 purchase price. Said $4,540.57

~ all taxes subsequent to 1966 and also pay all assessments levied
~ against the said property. ~

Should the parties of the second part fail to make the monthly
payments after a period of thirty days, the whole amount shall
become due and payable at the option of the garties of the first
