KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal S~vings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corpo~ation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert ChaveYS and
Alice Chavers, his wife~ dated January 8~ 19 62 , and recorded
in the public records of St. l.ucie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 27~ on pages
510-511 , secu~ing the payment of the sum of Four Thousand~ Five Hundred and no/100----------

covering property in the County of St. i.ucie , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all ~ight, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in

cancel the same of record.
