DOLLARS in inetallments as follaws:
SIXTY (60) consecutive monthly installments

each, commencing April 19, 1968.
If for any reason, any of the said paymenta remain past due and
unpaid for a period of ten days, the makere and/or endorsers agree
to pay a late charge of 5~ per $1.00 of payment in default which
shall be added to or deducted from the anonthly peyment when paid.

° due, then at the option of the holder, and without any other notice,
