KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, RICHARD DEYERLE
GUY, of the County of Columbia, State of Florida, have constituted and appointed
DONALD R. V~TALKER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name to transact for me all and every kind of
business whatever; to purchase or sell for me, in m}i name, all kinds of
property, real and personal; to sign my name to any note, bond, draft,
