Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the
Circui ourt in and for St. Zucie County~ Florida~ on ~arch
968, by Florida Tire Supply Company~ a Florida corpora-
tion, as plaintif~~ and Higgins Tire Supply~ Inc., a Florida,
corporation, and Clyde Killer, as defendants.
The personal property involved are those certain chattels
in St. Zucie County, Florida, and described in Schedule A~ here-
to attached ana made a part hereof:
' The relief sou~t in and by said suit i s the foreclosure of
