JUDGMENT APPROVING AND ALLOWING
FIRST RETURN OF ADMINISTRATRIX AND
ASSIGNING DOWER AND DIRECTING PAYMEI~iT
THEREOF
The petition of MILDRED N. HIGBEE as administratrix herein,
for approval and allowance of her first return and for assignment
of dower to her as the widow of said decedent h~ving heretofore come
on to be heard~ and it having appeared that CANDACE L. HIGBEE, CHERI
A. HIGBEE and LORI L. HIGBEE, who are heirs and distributees of said
de~.edent are minors, having no Iegal guardian appointed or qualified
in this state, and the Court having appointed W. A. OUGHTERSON, ESQ.,
as Guardian ad Litem of said minors, he having duly qualified as such,
and said G~aardian ad Litem having filed herein his report showing no
objections to the approval and allowance of the said first return of
the administratrix, and it further appearing from the supplemental
petition of MILDRED N. HIGBEE as widow of said decedent, that she claims
dower in the entire estate of said decedent consisting of real and
personal property, and seeks the computation and assignment of d'ocaer
in the manner set forth in such supplemental verified petition, and
that the said Guardian ad Litem has found the suggested computation and
assignment to be suitable and favorable to the interests of the said
minors, all as shown in and by his filed report and the Court being
fu:lly advised in the premises, -
~ NOW THE~EFORE, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGE~J that the first return of MILDRED N. NIGBEE
as the administratrix herein, be, and the same is hereby settled,
approved and allowed, and it is further ,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the appointment of Commissioners to
assiqn dower b~ dispsnsed with, and that dower ~og~ther with r.tesne
profits be, and the sa:ne hereby are determined and assigned as follows:
l. An undivided one-third interest in and to de~edent's
• real estate is set apart to MILDREII N. HIGBEE as her
dower interest therein, such real estate being described
as:
