Pierce, Ftorida, on February 11, 1947, in Plat Book 8, Page 20. BEING the same lands and premises convey~d to Alfred G. Smithson and Ethel Smithson, his wife, by deed of Mary Viola Blore, as Execu- trix of Estate of Elmer James Knapp, which deed is dated August 23, 1966 and is recorded in the Clerk's Office of St. Lucie County, Flori , in Book 165, at page 563; the said Alfred E. Smithson and Ethel Smith son are now divorced as appears fram Final Judgment of Divorce dated January 5, 1968, obtained in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chan- cery Division, Middlesex ~ounty, Docket No. M-5312-66. The purpose of the within deed is to correct an error in the aforesaid deed from Mary Viola Blore, Executrix of the £State of E1me James Knapp, to the eaid Alfred G. Smithson and Ethel Smithson, which deed was recorded in the said Clerk's office of St. Lucie County, ~ Ftorida, in Book 165, at page 563, in that the State of the location of the premises in question was erroneously stated as "New •lersey" instead of Florida, and a1sQ in that the true consideration for said conveyance was not therein set forth.
