Subject to easement dated April 17, 1959, from John B.
Davies and $lizabeth W. Davies, his wife, to Central and
Southern Florida Flood Control District, a body corporate,
recorded in Deed Book 251,:page 100, put~lic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, creating an easement for
certain purposes on, under, over and across that part
of the above described property lying South of
the south right-of-vPay line for State Itoad 68 as the ~
same existed on April 17, 1959, and within 80 feet ~
