Notice is hereby given, under the provisions of Chapter 711. 10,
Florida Sta.tutes, 1967, and under the provisions of the Declaration of
Condominium of HOLDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE as recorded
in O. R. Book 168, Dage 1348, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fiorida,
that the followinq amendments of the .~eclaration of Condominium were
duly and regularly made and adopted, as provided in said Declaration and
the La,w :
1) On pa.ge 1348, I, submiasion sta.tement, Item "E" was
amended to read as follows:
E. "E-limited common element means and includes
limited common areas so designa.ted in the condo-
minium declaration, the use of which is not limited
solely to the condominium, but may be used by the
.developer and its successors and its assigns for
access, ingress and egress to land lying west of
the condominium properties. "
2) On page 1352, renumber the second "VIII" to "VIITI",
3) On page 1361, the paragraph thereon designated "P' is
redesigna,ted "J", and the subsequent pa.raqraphs redesig-
~ nated thereafter accordingly. -
