That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the aum of Ten Dollars and
ot6er good and valuable considerations. to it in hand paid by the party of the Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargaine~ and sold to the xtid Party of the

minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 168 at page 1548 of
the public reoords of St. Lucie Countq, Florida. As provided for by the
Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapttt 711,
Et Seq.1965) aaid description in this conveyance includes, but is not lunited
to, all appurtenances to the oondominium parcel above described, including
che limited common elements assigned thereto, and including the undivided
interest in the oommon elements of aaid Condomiaium.
Thia Conveyance ia aubject t,o the following:
1. Taxea and assesunents for the year 19~ and aubsequent yeaza.
2. Conditions. restrictions, limitations and easements of reoord.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached t6treto
and the Articles of Inoorporation of the Association named in aaid
