BY GRANTEE
Grantee, by acceptance and exccution of thia Deed acknowledges that this rnnveyance is
subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto and the
Articles of Incorporation of the Association named in said Declaration and all amendmcnts thereto:
said Declaration being referred to on the first page of this Deed, and grantee acknowledges read-
ing and exannination of said Articles of Incorporation and all other instruments incorporated in
said Declaration by reference; and Grantee acknowledges that each and every provision of the
foregoing is essential to the successful operation and management of said condominium pmprrty
in the interest and for the benefit of all ownera therein. All ownera of parcels therein and grantee
covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium,
exhibits attached thereto, Articles of Incoiporation aforemencioned and all instruments inoor-
porated in aaid Declaration by refereuce.
