THIS WARRANTY DEED Made the ~ day of I~arch, A. D. 196$, by
JEANNT PALMER CARLTON, a single adult, hereinafter called the grantor,
to
EARL LANE and JESSIE F. LANE, his wife, whose postoffice address
is 109 Yacht view Lane, Fort Pier~e, Florida, hereinafter called the
grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include
all the parties to this instrument and_the heirs, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations)
WITNFSSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt r~rhereof is hereby .
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz:
A parcel of land in the Northerrimost 6-1/4 acres of Covernment
Lot 1, S 33, T 345, R 40E, St. Lucie County, Florida, commence
at a concrete monwnent post in the North li~ne of Sec. 33 ~ T 34s ~
R 40E, said point being 911.71 feet + East of the Northwest
Corner of Government Lot 1, said Section, and on the West right-
of-way line of North Indian ftiver Drive , St . Lucie Community;
thence run 173•51 feet West along said Section line; thence run
155.60 feet South at right angles to said Section line to a
point in the South right-of-way line of a 50-foot road (Yacht
Lane) for a point of beginning; thence continue along said course
122.17 feet ± to a point in the South boundary line of said 6-1/4
acres; thence Westerly along said South boundary line making an
angle ~9°25t14" North to East with the preceding course, a distance
of 110.00 feet to the Southwest Corner of parcel to be conveyed;
thence North, at right angles to the Section line, 115.77 feet,
more or less, to the South righ~=bf-way line of said 50-foot road;
thence Easterlq at right angles and following said South right-
of-way line 30.?1 feet to a point of intersection, thence contin-
uing along said South R~W line Northeasterly, making an angle with
the preceding course of 1$5°25t25", 79•64 feet to the Point of
~ Beginning. SUBJECT TO mineral and petroleum rights reserved to
i the State of Florida, if anp, and further sub ject to easements

is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December
