D. 196$, by JEANNT PALMER CARLTON, a single adult, hereinafter called the grantor, to EARL LANE and JESSIE F. Lucie Community; thence run 173•51 feet West along said Section line; thence run 155.60 feet South at right angles to said Section line to a point in the South right-of-way line of a 50-foot road (Yacht Lane) for a point of beginning; thence continue along said course 122.17 feet ± to a point in the South boundary line of said 6-1/4 acres; thence Westerly along said South boundary line making an angle ~9°25t14" North to East with the preceding course, a distance of 110.00 feet to the Southwest Corner of parcel to be conveyed; thence North, at right angles to the Section line, 115.77 feet, more or less, to the South righ~=bf-way line of said 50-foot road; thence Easterlq at right angles and following said South right- of-way line 30.?1 feet to a point of intersection, thence contin- uing along said South R~W line Northeasterly, making an angle with the preceding course of 1$5°25t25", 79•64 feet to the Point of ~ Beginning.
