BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared

LAURA B. HANCOCK, RICHARD W~ STARR/, EVELYN F~ MOORE and
FRANK H~ MOORE, each of whom, upon first being duly sworn, did de-
pose as follows:
The affiants Laura B. Hancock, Richard W. Starr and Evelyn F,
Moore are jointly interested in the development of certain lots in Mara-
' c~i~: ~ /li~ ~ .1/. ~f ~ 9~~.2/. i~~,?f a~ ~
villa Estates, specifically Lot 9, Block N, and Lot ~ Block
~ and that for the sake of convenience elPcted to place the legal title to such
property in the sole name of Laura B, Hancock either individually or as
Trustee; that upon the combined decision of the three affiants mentioned,
a mortgage loan was procured from First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Fort Pierce, the proceeds of which are being used in the
construction of improvements on the respective properties and for no other -
purpose.
The affiant, Frank H. Moore, joined in this affidavit for the pur-
pose of evidencing his approval of the action of his wife, Evelyn F, Moore,
in participating in the joint venture with Richard W. Starr and Laura B.
Hancock.
And these affiants do, by this affidavit, acknowledge all their right
title and interest in and to said real property to be subject and subordinate
to the lien and operation of th:e certain mortgage de~ds encumbering said
real properties, heretofore executed by Laura B. Hancock either individually
or as Trustee or in a combination of such relationships; and that this
affidavit is made for the purpose of inducing First Federal Savings and
