successors and assigns, that certain lease dated April 30, ~

in Deed Book 239 at pages 560 to 572, inclusive, of the St.

assumes, obligates and binds himself to faithfully and promptly
comply with and abide by all the terms and conditions of the
aforesaid Lease.
