certain pranissory note attached to said mortgage bearing date of
June Z. 1966, the terms of which eaid note pr.:vide for paytnent ~hereof

beginninq July 1, 1966, and continuinq until the note should be fully
paid; and
W~RSAS, the Payors and Mortgagors of sa3d praaiasory note
and mortgage dated June 1, 1966, have requested partial release of
said mortgage upon payment of the aum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)
Dollara upon the principal of said mortgage and the undersiqaed as
Payee and Mortgagee of said note and mortgage is aqreeable to a modi-
fication of the terms of the payment of said mortgage as hereinafter
