as heretofore atated in eaid pramiseory note and mortgage.
2. That except as herein provided the terms and conditione
of eaid note and mortgage from Mortqagors to the urulereignad shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
THIS AGRSEI~NT ehall be binding upon and inure to the
benefit of the heirs, executors, administratora, aesigns or succesaors
of the parties to said mortgaqe.
