THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 15th day oF March
19 68 , by DONALD L. 5HEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinaEter called the Grantors, to James D. Wynn, and Veronica Wynn,
his wife

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of .

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirn unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

page 35 , Public RPCOrds of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belanging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HA~IE AND TO HOLD, the same i.n fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said Iand and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
w~homsoever; and that said 2and is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions
which shaZl be construed as covenants real running with fihe land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded i,n Deed Book 248
at Page 144 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 1967 and subsequent years.
IN WITNESS WHEREDF the Grantors have caused these presents to be executed
