fee simple title of the above described property and his in-
terest in the above described ninety-nine year lease to the
lien of said Second mortgage to said party of the second part
and insofar as the same secures both the original obligations
secured thereby, and does hereby agree and consent that his •
title and his lease on the above described premises is and
shall be and remain inferior and subordinate to said mortgage to
said party of the second part, as to all loans and funds secured
thereby, and that said Second mortgage to said party of the second
part, is and shall be and remain a first and prior lien on and
against said property subject only to the $241,300.00 First mort-
gage to the party of the second part, recorded in Official Record
Book 116, at page 82, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
Provided that SHEFF'ISLD T. A~OOD and ANN$ ABOOD, his
wife, shall pay said sum of $35,000.00 mentioned and described ~.n
said Second mortgage, dated February 16, 1968~ and comply with and

~ abide by all the terms and conditions of said Second mortgage,

~ dated February 16, 1968, then the interest hereby created by this

~ subordination agreement shall cease and become null and void.
