This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as in
z form, and is not intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance oL security of any
~ kind. The consideration therefor, in addition to that hereinabove set forth,
~ is full release of all debts, ciligations, and charges heretofore subsisting
~ ~ on account of and by the terms of that certain mortgage heretofore existing
~ d on the property herein conveyed; said mortgage is dated the 7th
~ ~ day of November , 19 61 , executed by Joeeph R. McGaJan
~ and ~neva an , his wife, and recorded in ~

~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; this conveyance
