~aam That i, Sileen M. Adams, a resident of 20 Medley Lane,
in the Town of Branford, County of New 8aven, State of Connecticut
for the consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations, but
less than $100.00
received to my full satixfaction oi Alice S. St. Jacaues and Ravmond
St. Jaccrues, both residing at No. 479 Elm Street in the Town and County
of New 8aven, State of Connecticut
do remise, release, and forever QUIT-CLAIM unto the said Alice S. St. Jacques and
Raymond St. Jacques, as joint ~enants, with.full common law riqht of
survivorship,
and unto the survivor of them, and unto the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever, all such
right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever as I the said
Releasor haveor ought to have in or to all that certain parcel of land lying and
being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
"Lot No. 5 in Block No. 32 as shown on the Plat of Sunl.and
! Gardens, said plat having been recorded in the office of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on September 10,
e 1947, in Plat Book 8, Page 32."

Z'his 3eed is a deed of convenience with no consideration passing
betw~een the parties. Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein on this date for the sole purpose of reconveying same to the
grantees herein in survivorship.
