They may also appoint temporary officers ~o serve during

The officers shall have the powers and perform the dutics .

Secretary to keep accurate written records, duly attested, of the meetings of
tlic I3oard of Trustees and of the mectings of the shareholders. The Secretary

Pormance of his duties. The compensatian of Zll Ufficers shall Ue fixed by the
Trustecs.
A~tTICLE I~. - LIALiILITY Ol~ TRUSTEES .
- Eacti Trustee sliall bc responsible for his o~vii ~~ilful and
corrupt breacli of trust and nvt for any lionest error of judg~nent, and one
'I'rustee shall not be responsible for thc default af any of his co-Trustces.
The Trustces shall fiive bonds for the faitl~ful pci-f~rmance
uf tlieir duties only when rcc~uired so fo da by vote oT ttte sharelioldcrs, and
the e~pense of procurin~ atiy such bond shall be chargeable a~;ainst the Trust

ARTICLE X. - TITLE TO TEIL•' TRUST

Title to all of the property at any time foi•min~; a poc-tion of
the Trust Fund shall be vestcd in the Trustees for the time being hereunder.
In the event of the death, resignation or removal frum office of any 'I rustee,
