persons, and, in general, shall have all the effect of their originals.
. Such depositary shall be bound -to deliver all such documents
and records on demand to any ne~v depositary selected by the Trustees.
No amendment of this Declaration of Trust and no removal,
resignation, appointment or election of a Trustee or Trustees shall affect
any pei•son other than the Trustees or shareholders not jiaving actual notice
thereof, until recorded with the Town Clerk of said Wilbraham, Massachusett .
Any paper signed by all of the Trustees for the time being
and a copy of the record of any of the proceedings of the shareholders,
certified by all of the Trustees, for the time being, or by the Secretary, or
an assistant or temporary Secretary, which it may be deemed desirable to
~ record in the Registry of Deeds, may be acknowledged by any one~of the

! Trustees in the manner prescribed for the ackriowledgment of deeds, and

such paper or copy, duly recorded in said ~ampden County Registry of Deeds,
: shall be conc2usive evidence of the facts therein stated and of the regularity
of the meeting.
ARTICLE XV. FISCAL YEAR
The fiscal year of the Trust shall end at the close of .
