THIS INDRNTURT, executed this 26 day of lyarch ,
1968, by and between 3T. LUCIS CaUNTY BANK, as Txecutor of the Tstate of
WILLIAY ALLAN CAMPBSLL, Deceased, hereinafter called the Grantor, and
JOHN COLLUMB and TLIZABSTH M. COLLUI[B, his wife, whose post off ice "
address is 1106 York Road , Fort Pierce ,.Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantees;

County, Florida, died Testate on August 2, 1967, and
WHSREAS, ST. LUCI$ COUNTY SANK is the duly qualified and
acting Sxecutor of the Bstate of said decedent, Letters Testamentary
having been issued to said ST. LUCI~ COUNTY BANK by the Honorable Jack L.
Rogers, County Judge of St. Iucie County, Florida, on October 19, 1967,
and
WH$REAS, pursuant to Petition For Order Authorizing Sale, the
Honorable Jack L. Rogers, as County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, entered its Order authorizing the sale of the property hereinafter
€ described to the Grantees, said Order having been entered on the ~4 T~ day

NOW, THBR$FORT, the Grantor for and in consideration of the
sum of Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($12,250.00) and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,~remise, release, convey
and conf irm unto the Grantees, all that certain land situated in St. Lucie
