BEFORE ME, the undersigned suthority, personally

deposes and eays:

has actual knowldge as to the loan made by
Gilson Realty, Inc., to Connecticut Mutual
Life Insurance Company dated July 15, 1958,
and recorded July 24, 1958 in Mortgage Book
147 at p~qe 6S9 of the public recoris of St.
Lucie County, Florida, coverinq the following
describdd property, to-wit:
Lots 4 and 5 of a plat of TOTTEN'S
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 5, at page 53., of
the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. That as of the 23rd day of March A.D.
1968 there is due on said mor gage e sum of
$27~7q6~5l~ computed as follows, to-wit:

Contract intereat to avove date 1,019.61
Additional int erest for delay 21.69
Total ~27,796.54

4. That this affidavit is made knowing full well
~ that Dr. L. L. Whiddon is purchasing the foregoing
note and mortgage from the Connecticut MutualLife
Insurance Co., without recourse, for the purpese
of protecting the second mortgage on said property
now owned by 2a.m .
5. That furtheraffiant sayeth not.
