the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearance, nor aoceptance by the holder
hereof after any default in any payment hereon, shal) be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and notioe of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before
or afier maturity, without notice to any of us; and topa y all cost: of collection, including a masonable attor-
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severatly waives all benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or
any extension of renewal hereof.
