WARRANTY DEED
' THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made the day of
' , A, D. 1968 by H, ELLIOTT FOOTE, joined by
RUTH R. FOOTE, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to
H. ELLIOTT FOOTE 2nd RUTH R. FOOTE, his wife, as an estate by the
entireries, whose Post Office address is: 11711 South Indian River Drive,
Fort Fierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of

situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
