FAULKNER and PATRICIA FAULKNER, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to MARTIN MAGLIO and JSRQME H. PENNOCK, as to an undivided 1/2 interest each as tenants in common, whose postoffice address is Palm Beach, Florida, herein- after called the grantee: .
