THIS WARRANTY DEED made the /~dsy of
A.D. 19~8 by JAi~S W. FAULKNER and PATRICIA FAULKNER, his wife,
hereinafter called the grantor, to MARTIN MAGLIO and JSRQME H.
PENNOCK, as to an undivided 1/2 interest each as tenants in
common, whose postoffice address is Palm Beach, Florida, herein-
after called the grantee:

WITNSSSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed, hereby qrants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the
grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,
