Estate of THURNE F. KOBLEGARD, DBCFASED, Party of the First Part, and
RUFERT N. KOBLDGARD, JR., individually, and RUHI. W. KOBLDGARD, of 125
South Second 5treet, Fort Pierce, Florida, Parties of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH: That said Party of the First Part for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration
to him in hau:d paid. the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has ~
granted, bargained, sold and transferred and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said RUPERT N. KOBLDGARD,
JR., individually, an undivided twenty-five (259b) percent, and to
RUHL W. KOBLDGARD, an undivided twenty-five (259b) percent, being all
the interest the Estate of THORNE F. KOBL~GARD, DBCFASID has in those
certain parcels of land lying and being in the county of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
That part of the South 538 feet of the North :
