AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT, made this ay of , 1964, by
and between WAGNER GROVES, INC., BURTON SMITH GROVES, INC. and
FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORP., all Florida corporations, hereinafter
collectively referred to as "Members", and FLORIDA MAID DRAINAGE
AND IRRIGATION AS~SOCIATION, a Non-profit Florida cooperative asso-
ciation, hereinafter referred to as "Association",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Members own the folloi~Rg described real prop-
erty located in St. Lucie County, Florida:

18, 19 and 30, all lying North of
