over to Association which shall have the full auid exclusive right
to exercise such rights and obligationa for and in behalf of Mem-
bers for a period of fifty (SO) yeare from the dats hereof.
2. Association agrees to exercise all rights herein
granted to it for the mutual benefit of the Members and their suc-
cessors in interest Whether acquired by sale, inheritanee or any
ot3~er method.
3. Association shall make such expenditures as shall
be necessary to maintain said rights, roads and equipment and the
cost thereof shall be paid proportionately by Members or their suc-
ceseors in interest co~puted on an acreage basis.
