LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
LAWRENCE S. FUNKE
I, LAWRENCE S. FUNi~, of the County of Palm Beach in the ~
State o~ Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils
thereto heretofore made by me:

If my wife, REGINA 8. M. FUNI~. survives me and continues
to survive me for a period of thirty days following my death, I
bequeath and devise to her all of my property, real, personal and
intangible of every character and description and wheresoever the
same may be situate, and including (but not by way of limitation) ~

the proceeds of any life insurance policies payable to my estate or ~

to my personal representatives.

having survived me shall die within thirty days af~er my death, I
~ bequeath all of my property aforesaid to my daughter, JOYCE L. FUNI~, .
of St. Paul, Minnesota.

~ executrix of this will and of my estate. If my said wife does
