FYorida
That such claim of lien is the same claim of lien re-
corded by CAN~RON BROS. PLUMBING CO., INC., also known as
GAMLRON HROTH$RS PLtJI~ING CO., INC., on the 13th day of Jan-
uary, i967, in Official Records Book 164, at Paqe 538 of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida, and which said
claim of lien was assigned and transferred to COPLAN PIPE AND
SUPPLY CO., INC., which assiqnment was recorded on the 2~
day of Januarv , 1967 in Official Records Book 154, at Paqe
837, St. Lucie Caunty Records, the amount of said claim of lien
beinq $8719.89.
That pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 84.241(1), ~
said claim of lien was transferred to other aecurity by bond dated
Auqugt 25, 1967 and reoorded in Official Records Book 167
at Paqe 2856 .
That for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars,
and other qood au~d valuable consideration paid to the said
Coplan Pipe and Supply Co., Znc., the said Coplan Pipe and ~
3upply Co., Inc. hereby releasea the foreqoinq described claim
of lien a~c~d all liens, lien riqhts, claims or demands of any
kiad whatsoever which it has or miqht have aqainst the above
rZescribsd premises and the bond transferring such lien to other
security on account of labor performed or ~natarial furnished tor
