9. To further secure unto the ~ortgagee the
pay~ent of the aforesaid note and the perforeance by '
the aortgagor of.all of his pro~ises and covenants
herein made~ ths wortgagor has snd does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents,
inco~ee and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising from said property xith full power and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the saoe;
provided~ however, that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfor~ each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said notd and set
forth in all other portions of this ~aortgage and suffer
no default in connection thereMiin~ the mortgagee shail -
allow the nortgagor to collect and receive the same.
