4. Topermit, commii, or suffer no waste, impairia~ent or deterioration of said property, or any part thereof, and upon
the failw~e of i~~e mortgagors to keep the buildings on said property in good condition of repair, the Association may demand the
immediate repair of said buildivgs or t6e immediate repayment of the debt hereby secured, anc.l the faileu~e of the mortgagors
to comply with said demand of the Association for a period of Thidy (30) days, shall rnnstitute a breach of t}ris mortgage,
and, at the option of tbe Association, immediately mature the entire amount of principal and interest hereby secured, and t1~e

5. T'his mortgage contract provides for additiorwl advances which may be made at the option of the association and

and shall increase the unpaid balanoe of the note hereby secured by the amount of such advance and shall be a pait of said

6. If any of the sums of money hecein referred to be not promptly and fully paid within Thirty (30) days next after
