1. The consideration recited herein sha~ll constitute pay-
ment in full for all damaqee sustained by the arantor by reason of the
construction of the works of improvement described above.
2. This easement includea the riqht of ingress at any time
over and upon the above described land of the Grantor by the Grantee
or its assigns. -
3. There is reserved to the Ciranto~, its heire and aseigns,
the right and privilege to uee the above described land of the Grantor
at any time, in any manner and for any purpose not inconsistent with
the full use and enjoyment by the Grantee, its euccesaors and assignB,
of the riqhts and privileges herein granted.
4. T~he Grantee is responsible for operatinq and maintaininq
the above deacribed works of imprevement.
5. Special Provisions: Any existing dikeB or ditcheB of
Grantor to be reatored to their present condition by Grantee after
campletion of eonstruction.
